1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help remember your preferences and analyze how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use
Technical cookies (necessary)
Essential for the basic functioning of the site. They do not require consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
theme | Remember light/dark theme preference | 1 year |
cookie_consent | Record your cookie choice | 1 year |
Analytics cookies (optional)
Only activated with your consent. They help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguish unique users | 2 years |
_ga_* | Google Analytics | Maintain session state | 2 years |
Cookieless aggregate signals (Consent Mode v2)
Before you make a choice, and also if you decline analytics cookies, we send anonymous aggregate signals to Google Analytics (timestamp, visited URL, page type and referrer). No cookie or identifier is stored on your device and Google cannot link these signals to a specific person. They are used solely to estimate the total traffic of the site. This practice is explicitly covered by the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) guidance on cookie usage.
3. Legal basis
Technical cookies and cookieless aggregate signals are processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Analytics cookies with an identifier (_ga, _ga_*) are processed with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Managing your preferences
You can change your decision at any time by clicking the cookie settings button at the bottom of the site, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
5. International transfers
Google Analytics may transfer data to servers outside the EEA. Google operates under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
